Price per apartment / per day excluded:

1 x final cleaning fee EUR 90, – plus local taxes (per Person / day) EUR 2,50 in winter and EUR 1,70 in summer. Children until 14 years are free from the local taxes.

We charge a short-term stay surcharge for stays of one to four days.

The general Austrian hotel contract conditions applies.

Check in:

On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 1.30 pm!

Check out:

The apartment must be vacated by 9 am on the day of departure.

Reservation conditions: Upon receipt of the deposit (deposit) of 40% of the total summation the reservation (lease) is binding.

3 months before the agreed arrival date, you can withdraw from the contract without any costs and reasons – you will receive the deposit back.

Otherwise, non-consumed stays (total accommodation) will be charged up to 90% depending on the date of the cancellation.
